I have down with cough virus and it havent recover for 2 weeks. Haiz. Have been stop exercise for about 1 weeks. Before yesterday training my last run was on last tue which i need a 7 times running up NTU slope. Yesterday went back for my track workout, it was so tough for me especially i having cough. My lung and body and trying to breath to get oxygen but i keep coughing. During the training i also vomit out the medicine which i took around 6pm. I told myself that i need to complete the sets which is given by coach so i complete le. 16 x 400m.

Now my body is aching and weak, later will be going for easy 30 mins run or swim. Then i will be doing stretching hopfully will be fine after the easy 30 mins exercise. Tmr will be my 1st CERT test which i need to do IPPT with atlest a Sliver result then follow by a 9 mins SOC and a thoery test. Pray that i will do well for it. I know my body is not in a very gd condition to do it but i must clear it cos it will determine my allowances for 6 months. SO JIAYOU for myself.

After yesterday training, coach spoke to me and i realize that i really need to do something about my training not just anyhow do. Train smart. He told me when i ready let him know thus he do not want to put pressure on me. I must revenge my aviva 70.3 and my army half marathon which is replace by SCSM 21km.

RUnning team also ahve some conflict which our team captain left the team, haiz. I really do not want to see the team to go down. Hopefully the team spirit will go stronger and of cos we will be keep improving .
