I have been pass out as a PTI for 2 days le. I have attach to company line PTI. Which mean i will train the recruit. These 2 days, i have conduct IPPT and lesson. Learn alot of stuff from the senior PTI.

Today i conduct IPPT for charile company. Then i also conduct SOC for 1 of the recruit who have not been attend SOC lesson. I have to brief him on each obstacle. 1st time conducting the lesson is not an easy task. Voice have to be clear and loud. I still need to improve on that and to be more fierce with them. I also have an intention of not punish them unless they all go overhead.

I am looking forward to this coming weekend, will be another long weekend again. Shiok. hahhaa. Today kana a project by my OC. If tmr i staying at home i shall do more research on it. =)
