Very fast after aviva half ironman, the last race i going to race will be powerman. 2 more weeks. hehee. Then can count down to serve nation le. Dont know how should i say my feeling. SCARE, EXCITED or NERVOUS.

The reason of having these 3 reasons is that i dont know how is the life in army. Yawn. Think i going to suffer in powerman le. hahaha. didnt really train much. Today just swam around 2km then go for 10km run. hahhaa. I already feel the shag le. Have been a long time since i ran. hehehe. Let enjoy in Powerman. Jia you.

Today after training went to makan with one of my fren. Quite happy la cos have not meet her for a long time. So just meet up for a lunch and chill up. Relax. If not always will feel very sian to have lunch alone. =(. Tmr i shall wake up early for cycling. Let WACK. hahaha. have to sleep early so going to stop. =)
