I think many ppl will figuring what this logo mean? This logo is one of the thing which i will want to achieve in 6 yrs time. An Ironman logo. 3.8km swim, 180km cycling and 42km running. Ppl are asking each another why do people pay money to get themselve suffer. Are they Crazy , Mad or Both. The race fee is expensive too. When they told me the question i will just simply tell them that is when the part that you finish it. It very awesome , seeing supporter cheering for you. During the race there only a thing that keep your body moving which is FINSHING Line

• There a thousands reasons to ask you to quit but always there a reason that tell you to continue.
• Tough time wont last but tough men do

These 2 motto i like it the best, so actually i came out my own motto which i often tell ppl.

• Never say CANT

Time Do fly fast. Remember last yr 1/2 ironman , i was volunteer but now i am actually racing on next sunday. hahaha. Complete it and i will be done for my last 2nd race. A week to go. Nervous, Scare . I have no idea. Just know that i have a week more. Die die also must finish. =). I just stop here. Half Ironman i will wait for your challenge. hahaha. A week more. respect the race and race it safe.
