yoyo, so long didnt blog le. My blog almsot turn dusty. Hehe.

Today went for a 34km run organised by the SG runners. The weather was hot in the morning about 8to9am. The run start off at bedok reservoir then ran all the way to the changi village beach car park and make a u-turn then ran back again. It was a tiring run. Left 2 months for the sundown marathons and i haven't really do any long distance training yet. LOL. I think this coming marathon will be slower timing compare to my last yrs marathons.=( . Aim to target better than the 2007 standard charted marathon ba. Anyways,the thurs groups runner which is yih liang bro, nana da jie, glenise and amy da jie , u all do very well for the runner, cant wait in 2 months time to run together in the same race with u all. hehehe. I also must thank ben bro for support us water along the mid ways. Without him i think we all will be dehydrated. hahhaa. MAny many races coming up, as glenise told me, i should do a major 1 and some race. Must take her advise too. I think my major race will be 70.3 ironmanbut due to the army stuff, i might not be able to take part. =(. hehe. Let pray i will enlist to army in mid sept. heheehee. In 2 month times, we will be suffer together in a night run but we will finish the race with happiness and glory . rest well and train safe.
